• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What is the hindle exhuast like?

Hey thanks for all the great feedback!!! Sounds like the Hindle is what I'm looking for. I like the look of it and the sound comparison on YouTube was helpful. Hey Bone Crusher, where can I get one for $440 delivered? Best I've found was $499 + shipping. Only problem I foresee about changing the muffler is the fact I'm going to have to shut my ride down long enough to cool the exhaust. That hasn't happened since I bought it :f_spider: C.R.

pm'd ya...

Hdxbones

I understand the reason for loud pipes. just not my style, as for music thats ok as long as i'am in the mood but that loud bass really hurts my ears one day that will happen once to often and i'am going to snap. Anybody who knows me will tell you i'am very calm, always smiling, laughing type of person. But always repect others around you. And yes i think the hindle will be just fine for me. 46yrs young :ohyea:

If it weren't for a little anarchy we wouldn't have freedom, would we? There's a time and place for everything, a loud bike doesn't always have to be ridden loud, but it's nice to do it when ya' can.....:doorag:

And, when can you do it without stepping on the ears of someone that does not want to suffer with the sounds you choose to make? There are things to share and mutually enjoy -- but, mutuality does not include involuntary.

Were I the ears of the law, no motorcycle would make any more noise than cars legally do.

The world already has too much pollution -- light, sound, smoke, etc.

I had a Hindle but switched to a Leo Vince because it sounded more aggressive. I also liked how Leo Vince was more compact and lighter in weight. I have the Titanium version and it's awesome. I don't think you can go wrong with any aftermarket exhaust compared to the heavy stock exhaust that sounds like a lawn mower. :)

Wow, this is incredible.

A gentleman from NH or known as the "Live Free or Die" state wants to impose restrictions on others.:dontknow:

Nah . . . Just would like to see the existing laws enforced.

Despite the suggestions of some that claim they are selective where they make noise -- the vast majority of (particularly Hog) riders do not give a rats arse who they impose their noises on.

If bikes like the Ninja can perform the way they do with near silence -- then the engineers can make it so with any machine.

I live with bikes passing by my house -- at 3 AM -- that have no business making the noise they make.

Also, there is a vast difference between LIBERTY -- the principle behind the NH motto -- and the anarchic freedom to impose your will (or noise) on unwilling others.

One man's trash is another man's treasure......As far as I'm concerned, not much sounds better than a well tuned, high compression v-twin getting the coal poured on it.......:2thumbs:

I like motorcycles and music on the louder side, although I do try to be considerate of others who might not share my taste....:doorag:

Ummm, your bike is pretty loud:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack: I think mine is too but I don't care. I don't give a hoot what anyone thinks - whatever floats your boat!

If you want quiet time - drive a freakin Prius.
