What is the handlebar clamp bolt torque?

I did a search and found different numbers, so I'll ask the group.

I'm installing the Tackform phone mount on 2023 F3, the model that attaches to one of the handlebar clamp bolts.

If anyone knows the torque spec for these bolts I would appreciate it.

The bolt that replaces the OEM is significantly longer than the OEM, I don't know if this factors into the torque value or not.
