What is the 2nd BUDS plug for?

The 2014 RT has a second BUDS plug socket.its the one in the white sleeve
The workshop manual shows high and low CanBus wires only coming from it and then they go to the TCM.
The only help in the wiring diag ...it says BRP diagnostic (I think?)
Given there is no power wire, I wonder what it does?
BTW, I am not game to plug my 'puter into it (am dealing with a dead ship atm and don't need any other issues!)

Can't say as I know. Per the wiring diagram, it is specific to the Rotax engine, not necessarily part of BUDS.
