after a little digging, BRP, through my dealer, has FINALLY explained to me why my
2014 RT won't start on demand like a 2016.

Computer module ? nope, same part number. Programming ? see computer module.
In actuality, it is THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER.

So... since my INSTRUMENTS won't boot up, my Spyder won't start when I want it to.

They certainly LOOK the same , but are in fact a different part number for sure. Then the kicker,
these will NOT RETROFIT to a 2014. at least that is what they told me. After all , why buy a new milk pitcher
when they can sell you a new cow.

on that note, Mr. D, I would like to give a positive shout out to my dealer in Wichita KS, Marine World.
they dug and dug and pinged BRP several times on my behalf. You may suspect that a dealer named Marine World
might not be a "great" Spyder Dealer. But they are "Platinum" level, (whatever that means) and try to prove it to me
every time I deal with them.

The turn signal flasher unit is in the instrument panel...:yikes: if your flashers stop working you need a new panel...:yikes::yikes: whats curious is that it would not retofit if not a computer issue...:dontknow:
