• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

what happen to the brp connect app.

This came up yesterday already. But the poster added it to another thread instead of starting a new one.

I sent an email to BRP Care asking about it. No reply yet.
 
indeed, I see the error of my ways now.

As I updated in said thread https://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?118430-BRP-Connect-Question, I have contacted BRP and they are aware of the problem and are looking into it. Apparently you can still get BRP Connect in the Apple Store however for unknown reasons, Google removed it from Playstore.

Here is the email follow up to my phone call:

We are investigating on the problem, and we found out that Google removed, temporary, the app from the store.
Apparently, the app is only available on Apple Store.

I just got my 2018 RT Limited updated to version 20.80 today. Is there a new Apple app now, or does the previous one still work?
 
I see the app is back on Playstore. Reviews aren't promising. I have a Garmin Zumo 395LM that I'm very happy with. I just ordered the mount from Lamonster. I think I'll stick with the Zumo for now. I may look into BRP Connect if new features are added down the road.
