• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What else am I missing from my tool kit?

Here is what the parts catalog shows for a 2014 RS tool kit.
Try as I could, I never did find the page you found your parts list. I did find this... CLICK HERE

After finding your model, etc. click on UTILITIES and that is where I found this photo

Hey they changed it!!! The RT did not show a air pressure and the RS did when I posted that pic. BRP must have figured out their mistake.

Thanks. Very weird. I actually have an additional phillips/torx shaft in my kit than the diagram. How are we supposed to adjust the adjustable coil springs then without the shock wrench - you would think that is one of the few tools you definitely need out on the road. I still never understood what the 2 (now only 1) tubular wrenches are for.

tubuler wrench thingy is spark plug remover if I'm not mistaken. I think 08-12 came with shock adjusters but 13/14 shocks are not adjustable.

Are those Fox Shocks? You probably should have gotten a wrench with them...

Yep, those are the Fox Podium shocks. They were a pleasant surprise on my base-model 2014 RS. After digging around, I found it is officially a hidden upgrade for the base-model RS for 2014. Another reason not to spend extra on the RS-S ... unless you also want the wrench to go with them.

I don't have Fox shocks but I've adjusted pre-load on a lot of dirt bike shocks with a hammer and a punch to loosen or tighten the locking ring and a pair of Channel-Locks to do the adjusting. If you're concerned about scratches, some electrical tape around the jaws will solve the problem. Not as elegant as a spanner but it works.
