• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What do/did you do for a living?

Was a computer guy for 35 years. Then became a budget solution. 2 weeks later they hired a high school kid for the position. Opened a handyman business to blend with our healing practice. Love the commute. Ok, the other commute made more riding miles. :-|

I am a Artist (Stone Sculptor) completely self taught. I have been doing this for 15 years and love it. Works range in weight from 40lbs up to 8000lbs that is the biggest I have completed so far. I work in Marble Granite Basalt and Onyx. Most of my work is commissioned base which means I get paid before the work is completed. I also donate sculptures to charities for auction purposes. I work in both air tools and hand tools, some works can take 10 hours to complete others can take 3 years to complete. The one thing that I have a lot of is Patience:roflblack::roflblack:, you need that one quality when working with stone. I travel to symposiums all over the United States and Canada teaching my art and demonstrating how this lost art is done. And yes compared to all of you....I STILL WORK IN THE STONE AGE.

20 years with one of Australia's 4 big banks (known as the 4 pillars for that reason) finishing as Senior Project Manager New and Re-engineered business - got jack of that

spent a year studying Robotics and mechatronics and went into an engineering firm designing and buildiung new products and process improvement in the factory

Age 37 Retired Totally and Permanently disabled with Immunit Syndrome later classified as disease with ongoing bouts of chronic fatigue, new with chronic Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis and rapid degenerative Enthesopathy.

Spent last 3 years after I managed to get out of bed trying to build a small business but selling other peoples products has proven to be a crap way to try and earn a coin. So now I am making my own innovations to be put to market including my favorite past-times, shooting - trying to get someone to build a new rifle design or line of rifles for me, a new trike and quadcycle designs, an ultralight qualified quadcopter for people transport, a new disability chair design a mobility device for people who may or may not have a disability. Thats just in the next 5 years lol.

So no ambitions really and just sloth around all day! :2thumbs:

Still working.

I am a perfusionist. I keep your body alive while the cardiovascular surgeon works on your stopped heart. Very interesting job. Something new everyday.
