What differences between levels of BRP's BUDS licenses?

Does anyone know the differences in the megatech licenses verses the all dealer license with the BRP BUDS Software?

Mechatronic Expert License Features:
Changing of the VIN number, MODEL number
Advanced settings
View stories in hours, rather than percentage
Enabling / Disabling DESS
Change the key type without reprogramming (normal, learning, rental)
Clear the history of the blocks ECM, MPEM (history of substitutions)

Looks like you can save a few pennies if you only need Spyder/Ryker version.
