• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you get for Christmas

Early James Bond carry was Berretta 418 .25ACP. Used in the 1st 5 books by Ian Fleming. The PPK doesn't appear until the 6th book, Dr. No

Wasn't Dr. No the first Bond movie? A .25 caliber? A BB gun will do more damage than one of those!

My significant other gave me a freezer( small chest type) and a $50.00 dollar gift card at my local can am dealership so I can buy something for my new sled, and warm hat, and socks. and other small items

I gave my significant other some tools, clothes.

Deanna

I didn't do much that was naughty this year, but Santa has such a backlog of the stuff I did when I was young, that I am still making the naughty list.

I asked Santa if I can see his list of naughty girls. He said, See that long line? Go to the end a wait your turn.

Santa gave me a J&M CB radio kit and Sena 2way radio adaptor to tie it to my headset. I was recently promoted to Road Captain in our riding club so need a CB to interact with other road captains during rides.

Yes it was the first movie but not the 1st book. And you are right about the .25. Fleming was chided about that and he finally changed it to the PPK. Many officers in WWII carried the .25 as a backup and that was where he got the idea.

In fact, M insisted he give up the .25 when the silencer snagged on his clothes while drawing to fire. At least, in the book!
