• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thought this was a good question to see what everyone is dong to their ride before the big riding season?
I changed my fluids and some simple maintenance to my ride.

:clap:Installed the Green filter on mine (already has the HMF + O2 modifer)
Then intsalled the emergency trunk release on the wifes RSS. Her HMF, O2 modifer & Green filter will be this weekends project!!! :spyder2:

Did the 12,000 mile service a couple weeks ago. Put on a new rear tire, changed the brake pads front & rear, installed the Spyderpops Missing Belt Guard, put Ride-on in all tires. Bought a 12-volt powerlet and will install it too.

Hopefully getting a squeal problem taken care of with a new belt and / or front pulley.

Had the fenders painted and the graphics on the frunk touched up.
Now just waiting for the weather to co-operate. :ohyea:

Spyder had sat for a while. So, took it to the dealer and had it all gone over. Everything checked, DPS recall done, change oil/filter, cannister evaporation hose fix. Then I had mods installed. Roadchrome backrest, BRP passenger peg extensions, ESI up and out mirror extensions, Evoluzione sway bar installed. And the big one at the last minute was getting 2011 RT shocks installed. Wow, oh wow, oh wow!!!!! is the ryde changed so much for the better!!!!!!! I cannot rave about this change enough!! The ryde is so fantastic now!!!:yes::yes::yes::yes:

Oh, and today? Today, hubby and I took a nice two hour ryde. High point of the ryde was that I crossed over 5000 MILES!!!!!!!!

I wiped the rain off my RT so I can ride to Portland to pick the prototypes of my rubber FloorBoards. It will probably rain again so I can wipe it down again. Boy, am I getting good at wiping it down:roflblack:. Later today I'll work on the new little trailer I'm building to tow behind my RT.

Ride in comfort,

John

I just got back from a little ride with a friend who got a new bike. It was a beautiful day for it.

Broke and replaced a front shock adjuster.
Checked oil and added a bit.
Aired up tires.
Polished both Spyder and camper trailer
Packed up stuff in both camper and Spyder.
Went for small ride to test shocks adjusted to stiffest setting.
Ready for nap.
