• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What are you?

What am I? Well I'll tell you. I've just returned from the gym....so to coin a quaint old English phrase
I'm bloody knackered!! Oh! You meant by which term do I refer to myself whilst ryding my F3.... Biker!!

Depends on who is with me which then affects the speed. With my wife behind me, rider, by myself with a bunch of other guys, pilot. :yikes:

Never gave the subject much serious thought...but...since you asked. :ohyea:

Deep down, I am a Biker at heart. I still like engineer boots, chaps, black leather jackets, and vests with patches and pins. I don't wear this outfit all the time and have more textile stuff than leather these days.

When I am a Driver, I am in textiles and maybe Kevlar jeans (if not to cold).

Bottom line, it does not matter, and I can easily move from one iteration to the other.

Either way, I am still a :spyder2: lover.

Dog

When I ride I'm a dog.

When I walk I'm a dog.

When I sleep I'm a dog.

When I fly my doghouse I'm a dog.

sheesh

I'm a rider, have been since 1977. Yeah, that's 39 years. Doesn't matter that there're three wheels under my saddle nowadays, I'm still a rider. The patch on the back of my cut says "Legion Riders". Not pilot, ryder, or any of those other adjectives.

Got me thinking. (deeply)

What are you?

First: Who am I?

Second: Where am I?

Third: Where am I going?

Good thing to ask ones self each morning. Gives us old retired folks a sense of direction. This of course only applies if your wife has not already told you where to go!

I guess I been shut in too long. How do you refer to yourself when you ryde your Spyder? Are you a pilot, driver, rider, or some other description? I use Pilot. See ya'll.

Usually call myself Sandee. I try not to refer to myself that much when I'm ryding, because it's already complicated arguing with "me" and "I". It would be difficult to fit Sandee, me, myself and I all on the byke. And not get anyone's feelings hurt because they are not being referred to.

I answer to anything: biker, triker, byker, tryker, dyke and my personal favorite: Devil Nurse! I can be called anything, just not (very) late for dinner......
