• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What are the tinting options on a stock windshield?

I own a 21 RT-L with a stock windshield. Can it be tinted? I'm not looking to spend
$400.00, but if that's my only option... Thanks.

You will probably find, as we did, that there is no good way to tint a clear windshield. It won't last. And that is why most tinting shops won't touch them. If you want to be able to see through it. You'll need to get one that has tint added in the production process.

I saw the screens from Lamonster and F4. I like the one from Lamonster, but it's too short...

Guys thank you. I knew this was not going to work but I had to ask...

The problem is that the plastics used continue to offgas which will create bubbles in the tint film. You can black them out with spray paint. I've done that. But this is only reasonable for a short shield that you don't need to see through.

I had a F4 windshield that I purchased used and it was clear. I didn't like the look so I used some plastic dip and did a nice little tint job on the lower portion. It came out really great. For some reason it says the file is too large and i cannot upload the picture here.
