WHAT A JERK

i was just in front of my store & i see a guy with 2 dogs crossing the street, only 1 was on leash the other lagging
behind about 15 feet & was small guy.
so you understand what makes me really angry is i am on jericho turnpike a large road way, 2 lanes each direction with
a 40mph speed limit that most don't obey. i watched 1 car slowing down as the little guy was still in the roadway.
