• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What a difference a riser makes

I added the Show Chrome riser to my 2021 RT and used just the basic riser, not the additional "shims" provided in the kit, and I am amazed at how much more comfortable it has made the riding position for me at 5'7". The RT, which I've had now for almost 2 months, was comfortable right from the start, but it did require me to lean a bit forward. This started to bother my back on rides of over an hour. With the riser I now sit fully upright and even on short rides it has made a big improvement. I'm just posting this in case there are others out there that might not have thought about adding this simple accessory.

Same here. I used Lamonster 2" riser 2020 RTL. It just feels so much better now.

A question, do you mind sharing how tall you are?

I'm also looking at the Lamonster riser, but I'm concerned it will be too much of a rise. I'm 5'10" and have to lean forward a hair - not good on a bad back. I would welcome the closer grips, but I fear the bar's taller height may be too much. Do you find the height change to be significant?

<I just realized this is a year old thread, but would welcome any input from those of you with this riser>

I'm 5'8 and have the riser, works great for me.

With the 2020+ bikes there is a cut out in the bar that will let it adjust a little. There are some who have completely removed the pin and claim that it will not move.
You should be able to remove it on the riser if needed. Even if you have to grind it off.

I am 5’10” as well. History of back and rotator cuff surgery. Got my 2022 RTL about two weeks ago. Started with Utopia backrest as OEM delivery eta was December per BRP customer service. Wonderful quality, but the backrest wasn’t quite enough. Ordered LaMonster riser, arrived today. Install is maybe 10 minutes. Took just a short ride, made a couple adjustments to the backrest (moved it back), and the combo is perfect! No more irritation in arms, back or neck! The “up” gave me the right amount of elbow bend, and the bars moved back enough so I could use the full range of backrest adjustment.

I ended up going with a set of the stock F3 handle bars. It has the flexibility of adjusting them up and down and moves the grips back about half the distance of the short reach bar.
I had a short reach bar and it moved the grips way too far back. I also have an attitude bar that worked nice but not as nice as the stock F3 bar.
I am 5'9" and have a bad shoulder from tearing my bycept band and I also have tendinitis in both of my elbows.

The attitude bar is for sale if anyone is interested

I bought the riser for my F3 attitude bars but have since removed it because I bought the Helibars. Even with the 2" riser, it doesn't compare to the Helibars. They're expensive, but to me, worth it. Now I have to explain my purchase to my wife.
