• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My wife and I got back SatVisitedStatesMap.jpegurday night from a week's vacation. We weren't on the Spyder, but I wish we were. We went to Big Sky, MT and Yellowstone Park for a week. The scenery was beautiful and I saw lots of Harleys and Hondas, but only 1 Spyder. Anyway, today I got home from work about 5:30 and told my wife I was going to ride my ST-S since I had not ridden it for over a week. The afternoon was about 78 degrees and sunny. I rode a wide circle out from Murphy for a total of 70 miles. Was gone for 1 1/2 hours and would have been gone longer, but my wife said if I wasn't home by 7pm I would miss dinner. I had a blast and love my Spyder. Now over 5200 miles of smiles!!!!

I may do something similar tomorrow, day off, weather is in the 70's, and the wife is working... I'd like to vacation out in the Yellowstone area one of these days...

Yeah..!!

it's great that you get to take the occasional ryde for no other reason than you missed it..ryde on..!! :ohyea:

Have to agree with you and will add that ryding your spyder is also very therapeutic, calming and brings you great peace.

If it just wasn't for the big crowds that it draws. :yikes:
