• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wet Outside, Wet Inside

61 degrees in Michigan with 100% humidity. Took cover off for bi-monthly (semi-monthly) start up. Even with breathable cover, the combination of high humidity and unheated garage had condensation all over the Spyder. Started it up and ran until fan came on while wiping everything down. Ten minutes and three towels later, hot and dry. Just a reminder to those storing for the winter.

I never cover my motorcycles in the garage in the winter for exactly this reason. Condensation can be plentiful under a cover. Easier to just clean the bike in the Spring. Dust won't cause rust. If the floor starts to sweat, however, I run an electric heater or floor fan, or both to keep the moisture moving and dry things out. Usually only necessary a couple of days in the Spring.

Our garage floor was so wet yesterday that it looked like we had hosed it down. All from the high humidity and condensing on the cement floor. Two days ago, sub freezing temps, then 60 degrees and rain yesterday. Now this morning, 50 MPH winds. Screwy weather we're having. Don't you love global warming?

You Betcha.......
