Took advantage of possibly the best weather ever for Spydering this weekend and did a run from Austin to Smithville on Saturday afternoon (1/5) via some as-yet-unexplored back roads before shooting back to Austin on SH 71, and caught up with a pair of riders at one of the (too) many lights between Bastrop and Austin at around 6:00pm. One rider was on a two-wheeler, but the other was on a Spyder. I was running a bit late and didn't want to get grounded by my better half, so I had to motor on with only a wave, but a helmet tip to you, whoever you are, and hope you had as good a day on the roads as I did.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
