• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

WELL I GOT UP THIS MORNING AND DROVE THE 100 MILES TO GET AN UP CLOSE VIEW OF THE SPYDER. THE DEALER WAS VERY BUSY AND DIDN'T HAVE MUCH TIME TO TALK TO THE SALES REP. BUT HE IS GOING OUT OF HIS WAY AND BRINGING A DEMO WITHIN 25 MILES OF MY HOME AND MEETING ME SO I CAN TEST THE RIDE.I'D SAY THAT IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND ON A SUNDAY. SO IF THE WEATHER HOLDS THE RAIN OFF AND I GET THE DEMO RIDE I MAY JUST BUY IT IF THE NUMBERS ARE RIGHT ON A TRADE IN FOR MY HARLEY. I'M HOPING SO. WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW TOMORROW. EVERYONE HAVE A GOOD ONE. THANKS FOR THE SITE.

Purchased after seeing but never rode till mine arrived. Two months and 2,600 miles later no regrets. Good Luck!

Trading in a Harley? You're always better off if you sell it yourself. Have you tried Craigslist? Consignment? Bikes are moving pretty well right now with gas prices what they are.

I'm just sayin..... 8) A thousand bucks is a thousand bucks.

WELL THE GUY THAT HAD THE DEMO OUT WHERE EVER HE IS DIDN'T MAKE IT BACK LAST NIGHT. DOING ANOTHER DAY OF TEST DRIVES SOMEPLACE ELSE. BUT THE SALESMAN DID DRIVE DOWN TO MEET ME AND GET ALL THE STATS ON MY BIKE. I'LL CALL HIM AT NOON TOMORROW AND SEE WHERE WE GO FROM THERE. HE IS GOING THIS COMMING WEEKEND TO THUNDER IN THE VALLEY IN JOHNSTOWN,PA AND IS WILLING TO STOP WITH IN A FEW MIKLES OF MY PLACE EITHER NEXT SUNDAY EVENING OR MONDAY EVENING TO LET ME TEST DRIVE. I STILL THINK HE IS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. BUT I GUESS THAT IS WHAT MAKES A GOOD SALES MAN.SURE IS DIFFERENT THAT THE LOCAL HARLEY DEALER HERE IN MY TOWN.IT ALL COMES DOWN TO THE TEST DRIVE MOSTELY. WORKS FOR ME THO. ANY WAY IF ANY ONE CARES I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED. AGAIN THANKS FOR THE SITE AND THE GREAT GROUP OF FOLKS. I'VE READ ALL THE POST TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES. NONE THAT CAN'T BE WORKED WITH. THANKS FOR ALL THE INFO

:doorag: :welcome: You are gonna love this thing. I traded my Harley in and I got very good $$$ for it with my :spyder: dealer. I don't miss my Harley one bit. And the hubby has one so if I want to ride, all I have to do is hop on that - can't drive that one myself though - it is alot bigger than my old one!

But I love my :spyder: and hubby rides it alot too! Hope it all works out for ya

:spyder: why not try posting it on this sight you never know just because we ride :spyder: doesn't mean we don't ride HD anymore just a thought :spyder: :spyder:

The Spyder is a great ride. It is just enough different from my bikes, or my sidecar to be interesting. 2819 miles and counting. Hope to start planning my summer trip today which will probably take me from SoCal to Vancouver, BC.
