Went looking for a luggage rack and came home with a new Spyder

We were looking at trying to retro Joan's (SpyderRyder810) 08 GS to accomodate both of us, plus our little pup. We were looking for an aftermarket luggage to mount on top of the Corbin trunk. Visited a couple of dealers, one Harley and the other a CanAm. After not being able to find one we noticed this great looking RT-S with a trailer sitting in the corner. So after some negotiation we traded in her GS and my 08 Victory Vision. I have to say we are both impressed with the RT. Handles and rides great. Now we are starting to plan on making some Spyder functions:yes: I'll download some photos later. Don't have time now...too busy riding.

I've been in 2 dealerships in the past 2 months just for looking around - each had a red RT. When I moved away from the exhibit, one of the employees had to come over and wipe away the drool. I'm so tempted but my RS is just less than a year old and I just can't pull the trigger yet. But oh that red is beautiful......

Hmm, that's how my hubby ended up with a new Road Glide. He went in for a bit of chrome and came away with a new bike. Of course then I got my Spyder!:yes: That's my kind of shopping trip. Congratulations!

I could have written this. Stopped by local dealership today just to see what they had in stock. I have not been in the dealership in about four months This

beautiful RED RT is glistening in the sun. A gentleman is there wanting to buy the bike, but he is going to check the price at another dealership first. My RS is only a year old, but boy do I want that RED RT. :clap: Beautiful!!!
