• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just got back from ride with the new First Gear Thermo Suits from Bajaron.  We went about 35 miles and we were warm as toast. Found some salt on the major highways, but none on the secondary roads. At this point we are still planning on going on our group ride tomorrow over to Oneonta, NY.! Will wash spyder really well when we get back.

Are there zippers on the bottom of the legs to make those easier to get on and off ???

Cold Riding

My alternative is from 2 wheel days. Joe Rocket jacket with liner, long sleeved shirt under it, jeans, chaps, Cruiser Works boots, gauntlet gloves, and Nolan N-102 helmet all keep me warm as a bug in a rug. Heated grips add icing on the cake.

This worked in 32 degrees recently so am waiting for colder to evaluate. Ride on Spyders

 :ohyea:

Just Jeans and a coat

We rode to Gallery Night Friday in downtown Pensacola. It was 60 going to town and 57 on the way home at 9:30, so we only needed Jeans and a Coat.

Looking at riding to Jackson, MS the first weekend of Dec. Taking wife to a Baby Shower. it is a 5 hour ride and Hoping the weather stays dry for it, or the wife may make me drive her Z4.

It was 72 yesterday when I left for lunch with my group around 0830....I put my mesh jacket and liner on. Later we stopped for a PR break, I was sweaty and too off my liner. It was 83 when I got home around 1530...I was sure glad to get in my air conditioned house and sit in my Lazy Boy and watch football...

That's just WRONG!

But then again, I used to live in San Diego.... :ohyea:

Ron, I have your great suit hanging in my closet, waiting for cold weather so I can wear it, but so far, one day of 30 for two hours and that was it. It will get cold in January, so I will wear it then...if it gets cold....ha ha

It would have gotten much colder if you had not purchased the suit. But since it is hanging in your closet it isn't going to give you the satisfaction of cold weather this year. Loan it to a friend for a week and see if I'm not right! ;)

11 degrees and worked great

OK gotta confess had heavy weight UnderArmor underneath...rode to regional football playoff game...ryde was great...sitting on metal seat in stands not so great...about 3rd quarter was thinking needed extra something between butt and metal...:roflblack::roflblack:..ryde back home fine...leather seat (not heated) was not nearly as cold!!!! :thumbup:for the bajaron suit....
