Went for a nice ride

Spent a couple of hours with my wife on our 2012 Rt exploring new roads in AZ, found a new road E of Florence and found these huge boulders that covered 20 acres.

Must have been one great flood to get them to Az. My son is in Mirana, north of Tucson.

Nope, not a flood. They're from when ice covered the entire planet and the glaciers pushed those big boulders down, and when the ice melted as earth warmed and the glaciers receded, they dropped the boulders. There are a lot of them on Baja side of the border.
