LATHAM - State Police have released new details after a man was found on an I-90 roadside.
Police say Zachary Sasz, 25 of Clifton Park was found on the roadway at I-90 back on Friday morning. He was taken to Albany Medical Center, where he later died.
State Police say Sasz was having a dispute with his girlfriend when he exited the vehicle while still in motion. Police say the girlfriend, whose name has not been released then regained control of the vehicle and left I-90, and did not go back for Sasz.
The investigation is continuing and no charges have been filed at this time in connection with the incident, say police.

Troopers ask that anyone who may have been travelling that area of Interstate 90 during the hours of 12:30 am to 1:00 am and believe they may have seen something and have not spoken to officials yet to please call them at 518-783-3211.
