• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well my day started out well!

Went out to climb on Darth this morning and my boot happened to rub the left passenger armrest. When I got mounted I looked back and found the armrest bent over onto the passenger seat. I got off, grabbed it and tried to put it back into position when it fell off in my hand. Surprise number one. I went over to take a look at the right hand side and after moving it a couple times it also fell off into my hand. I’m glad it happened this way rather than when I was actually riding or with a passenger. If you take a look at the photo it is pure metal fatigue. I dodged the big one.4B9C4537-7088-4DFB-82B8-846C857B9F8E.jpg

Not sure what type or brand these are from your photo. Any help or maybe another complete photo.

PMK, looked them over pretty good and there is no brand listed. The only thing I can say is they are very heavy.A25BCE22-3812-40AA-9B60-72C50CD1BB3C.jpg

The bracket itself is very heavy and not attached to Tupperware. I probably should’ve taken photos when I have the back panel removed.

They were put on in 2016 when the bike was purchased. It only had 6200 miles on it when I bought it last summer.

I know when I make things in my shop, I tend to over design things, but if those arm rests are as heavy as you say they are, that bracket that broke don't look heavy enough for the mission!!:dontknow:
