I want to share the amazing responsiveness I’ve received from Tricled. I ordered three items on Black Friday, received a PayPal shipment notice on Saturday, and received the items on Monday evening. Now that’s responsive! Cindy Suwandi was kind enough to email me the installation instructions as well. She even responded to my email at 9pm last night. This was my first experience with Tricled, and you can be sure that I’ll be back and gladly recommend them to others.

Ditto! Ordered a top brake light on Friday, it arrived on Monday noon (a day earlier than the estimated delivery), installed an hour later. Freaky Fast!

Cindy was extremely responsive with my order too even though they were at one of the rallies when I contacted them. A good place to do business! Even thought they were very busy, they were responsive to my needs and got my order out quickly! The product (LED fender and saddle bag lights) is high quality and had the proper connectors to do the job right.
