• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Weird vibration riding 2 up on the interstate....

I'm not sure if this is normal or not, so thought I'd run it by the forum. Awhile back, my wife and I took a ride on the interstate from Beckley, WV to Charleston, WV. The route has a lot of turns, and hills. I noticed that it 5th gear, when the RPM's were around 5,000rpm and I accelerated, I would feel a rather strong vibration in the bike until say 5,500-6,000rpm. This only happened when going uphill, and does not seem to happen when I am riding solo. I'm wondering if it's because of the additional strain on the bike (2 up, and uphill??)?

Check the angle of the dangle. When your ryding 2up, the position of the swingarm is different, whiick in turn means the rear of the "Atuo/Bike" has dropped. Increasing the tension and the strain as Nancy'stoy has suggested. possibly stiffening up the suspension will elimainate some of this..
