• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Weight Limit and Ryding 2-up

I have lost 20 pounds already, I dont get the munchies anymore since I gave up smoking 2 weeks ago. Which make me a little edgy. And I have the sickness :barf: and I am a little grumpy today, no offense taken. Gonna start using an amazing product called ViSalus Sciences. I have a couple of people who have lost at least 50 pounds with the ViSalus 90 day challenge. Check it out, link bellow.

Just ship the brittle to... ME!! I'll make sure that it is disposed of in a very environmentally-friendly way...

Me and my ryder also push the weight limits on the RTS--I run the suspension 1 notch below max and tire pressure near the top. I have never had problems with bottoming out.

Overloading a bike...
Does anybody remember when the GoldWings had those riveted-together modular wheels?? (Pre 1983...) A friend's father had one, and he and his Wife totalled well over 700 pounds in total weight...
They loosened the rivets in the rear wheel! A strange clicking sound was noticed and got traced to all of those rivets being loose!
Cast or forged wheels for me!

So there can be consequences to overloading... Be aware of what's going on with your bike! :lecturef_smilie:

Other things to consider are braking distance and keep an eye on the brake pad life. I have seen RS BRP trailer combos and I'd swear that has to be way past the 450 pound weight limit without passengers.

Also keep an eye on the drive belt, look for worn blocks or splits etc. the belt takes a lot of stress on quick starts so go easy when moving out.

I WONT BE RIDING 2-UP ALL THE TIME, WILL BE RIDING SOLO MOST OF THE TIME. I JUST DONT WANT TO DO ANY DAMAGE TO THE BIKE. I AM FORE SURE GONNA UPGRADE THE SHOCKS WITH SOME ELKA'S.
