• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We got one!

Congrats on the new ryde!

All I can say is "Whoever invented heated hand grips should be be granted Sainthood" My grips were a lifesaver when I ran to Winston-Salem for my 600 mile service on Election Day.
31 degrees when I started, 45 degrees when I arrived at my dealer.

Congratulations on the new Ryde. Hope you have many Smyles through the Myles! ;) I love my heated grips too! This is the first bike I ever had with heated Grips and I used them a lot this past weekend.

:congrats: From all UK Spyder owners

Please don't think the initial purchase of the Spyder is the end of it

Purchase of the Spyder is only Stage I - Stage 2 to Stage ? = Mods and more Mods :)

You are now a member of the SpyderLovers family - If you are not sure of anything just ask on this website
Many members are to willing to assist in any way the can and this makes ownership of the Spyder so enjoyable

The wife and I picked up a brand new 2012 RT-S SE5 yesterday! We've been looking for a Spyder for a while and debated on getting a 2013 ST, but couldn't pass up the deal we got on this one. I must say one thing... I never knew how nice heated grips were! It is heavily overcast today but I took some pics anyway as I did not want to get a lot of replies asking for pics - LOL. Can't wait to do more riding... I think we'll have to take it in for the 600 mile service next week. :)

I also joined the Spyder world this weekend purchasing a 2011 RT Limited. I sold my 1999 Goldwing 4 yrs ago after my wife had hip replacement surgery. We both missed riding but she really wanted us to get a trike. After looking at the RT we were both sold. It is a beautiful machine and we're both looking forward to getting back in the saddle again.

Did you buy from Mountain Motorsports in Kodak? My wife's aunt and uncle live about 3 miles from there and we go to visit every year. This year I am taking the spyder down. Maybe I will see you around.:D

:congrats: to both new owners! I'm sure you'll love the new :spyder2:. :agree: with everyone else about the heated grips, however, I'm waiting (somewhat impatiently) for someone to come out with the first set of "Heated Floor Boards". :yikes: How about it guys? is it possible? :doorag:

We bought it there but we live in central Alabama, so the odds of seeing us are slim. :)

You are in for some fun!!

Congrats on your new :spyder2:. I had a hard time sleeping at night because of the excitement. Like a 9 year old on Christmas!!
Now you can help the rest of us answer all of the questions from the general population who have never seen a Spyder before.

Enjoy
