• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We got one!

The wife and I picked up a brand new 2012 RT-S SE5 yesterday! We've been looking for a Spyder for a while and debated on getting a 2013 ST, but couldn't pass up the deal we got on this one. I must say one thing... I never knew how nice heated grips were! It is heavily overcast today but I took some pics anyway as I did not want to get a lot of replies asking for pics - LOL. Can't wait to do more riding... I think we'll have to take it in for the 600 mile service next week. :)

:congrats: and I agree about the heated grips. I used them yesterday and even though it was cold I didn't need gloves, heated grips are a must have option for me from now on.

:agree: 200%... I was riding last Saturday and although the weather was at around high 50's low 60's, I wore my thick gloves because I knew I was going to hit fast speeds. Using the low setting on the heated grips came in handy pleanty of times that day!:clap:

Oh... and :congrats: on the new rYde!!!

Congrats! I beat myself up over the same dilemma. I decided to go with a 2013, but with some of the deals, it seems like a no-lose situation. Many happy miles!

Teddy & I would like to say CONGRATS on the New Ryde

:clap::yes:CONGRATS & ENJOY THE RYDE :yes::clap:

Congrats!!

From your other post it looks like you did some good riding the firsst day! :ohyea:

LOL, yeah. I took almost 9 hours to go 383 miles on non-Interstate roads from Kodak, TN to Centreville, AL. Lots of stops, lots of stretching, 3 fill ups for a total of 11.3 gallons and 1 stop to eat at McDonald's. Even though it was overcast and drizzly at times, I had my full gear on so I was warm and dry and enjoyed the ride.

Very pleased with the dealer, Mountain Motorsports and Travis my salesperson.
