• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

We did it!!!!

Congrats on the 100,000 miles.:clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::yes::yes::yes::yes: Sent PM

We finally made the 100,000 mile mark yesterday. We rode a little over 200 miles including going to some graduation parties. We were pretty excited to get to this milestone......hence the last picture.:yikes: I also have the video when it actually turned over, but I was thinking it would go back to "0" because there is no room for another digit on the display. It drops the "tenths" and just shows whole miles only. Here is the link to the video: http://s777.photobucket.com/user/spyderjockeyjvc/media/100000%20mile%20pics/DSCF6178.mp4.html?filters[user]=108819555&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=0

You our both are to be commended on your 100 k feat. I have to ask "how I'd you get to NV and miss the surrounding states?"

Sorry I'm late to the party here but I'm so happy for you guys. You have put the Spyder to the test and fared well. I'm wondering how many owners have put as many miles on as you guys, if they have they are most likely riding instead of posting.
:congrats:

Have to tell you.....CONGRATULATIONS...... hope you have many more happy miles.
Sounds like you got your Spyder the same week I did, but I don't have anywhere near the miles you both have. :congrats: again !!!!

Wow! That's pretty cool to see. :doorag: And can't believe you're still on the same battery, too. Your care of that Spyder is a good example to even those of us who aren't so mechanically inclined.

:congrats: Wow....100,000 miles....that is great....hope mine hangs in there for that kind of mileage too...:2thumbs: keep on with the enjoyable rydes..

Mileage pin

Thanks again to everyone for the all the congrats and nice comments.

I finally got around to applying for the 100,000 mileage pin. I was surprised to find out that verification is no longer necessary. I did put the link to the pics and video I took as it turned over to the 100,000, however. It does seem strange to me that that this bike has traveled that far with very few problems and is still running like a new machine. Quite a testament to BRP for being able to produce a brand new concept machine able to achieve that kind of results right out of the gate. I know that not everyone has had such great results and I understand some of the irate posts about problems.....but I still believe they have had a pretty good record overall, and just want to thank BRP for my Spyder.
