Its the number that this officer feels you should be going at any pre-determined time and place.



Or in Doc's case, what the limit of the vehicle he is driving or ryding on will do.

Anyone getting this to work for them? I downloaded it to my backflip and it only works for 20-30 miles then dumps out and sometimes I have to pull the battery to get the phone working again. Just wondering if it is the app or my phone.

Not really enough users of it in Vegas for it to be useful yet. Big battery hog too.
