There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Way too cold today

29 in Pensacola - rode the :spyder:to work - everyone thought I was insane. It was invigorating to say the least - not the kind of weather we usually see in Pensacola. FL but nice to have a litttle winter this year. :coffee: to warm up this morning.

Sorry things are so bad up north this year - have been to KC, KS twice since December and the wife will be there for about 5 months with her new job with the IRS. Will probably see about a :spyder: ryde up there in the spring to visit.

:firstplace: You win! :firstplace: I'd try to beat you but the driveway and street are packed ice and snow...and probably won't thaw 'til March. You whipped me on a sled, too. My best was running 124 mph during -27F temps trying to set a land speed record here in Michigan back in 1971. Was I stupid, or what? :D

Scotty,

I'd say YOU win. Back in 1971 I was driving a '71 Ski-d00 Olympique 399. Back then we didn't have Gore Tex, thinsulate, fleece, not even a helmet. Today, even at sub zero temps, I feel comfortable because of all the "hi tech" clothing. Arrived at work at 6:30am, it is now 12:45 and 8F and snowing. Weatherman wasn't calling for any snow today but we have a light dusting at the moment. Supposed to be in the low 40's tomorrow.......only in Missouri.....

Yesterday here, it was -20 with a high of -2 ......My spyder is still shivering !!!!! Now we're sending it all east, so be prepared !!! :yikes:

It is 64 right now north of San Francisco...sorry everyone! We are going to have to ration water though this summer...

I'll take the award when you are done with it. I rode 72 miles to work and 61 of them are on the highway @ 60+MPH

:: standing at the podium ::
I would like to thank Gerbings for their socks, pant liner, jacket liner and gloves. BRP and the BV2s helmet for helping my asthma and Odyssey batteries for their stunning cold weather performance.

With -6 degrees I would say tatt2r has some hard core competition. But, I'm not sure about this, I think he rides in the cold without the heated gear. So I don't know who is really tougher here....LOL

This morning will be the coldest ride for me yet it's 36 degees. After hearing all of you I won't compliant about the cold here!

Everyone Bundle up and stay safe!

GLOBAL WARMING

what happened to that .... i want to slap the @...hole that made up that lie :coffee: its because last summer gas prices were sooo high that i couldnt drive my hummer and in doing lessened the green house gasses ...so i'm sorry but because i didnt drive my truck it's cold out all over U.S.A. .... so i leave it idling out side my shop all day with the heat on and the windows open ... cut open refridgerators let freon gas loose.... get cases of hair spray and punch holes in cans.... and ripped all the grass and trees out of my yard .... and yet it's still cold.... i'm pulling for us all .....:D:coffee:
i care....

We're having a heat wave. It was only -17F at 7:30AM with a 15mph wind. Even with 3 layers of gear, I only stayed out 30 min. I'm waiting for + numbers to go do the chores. Forecast is for high of +14 today. We'll see.

The horses were anxious to get out. They ran a lap of the paddock before settling down to munch hay. Getting blood running, I guess. Personally, don't run anymore, especially in layers of insulated clothing.

It's only 79 today

Can I get some kind of award if I go riding right now? My weather sticker is reading 1 degree nojoke It's never been that cold here. :yikes:

I know you don't want to hear this but it's 79 here at the coast. On my for a nice ride.:yes::yes::yes::yes:

Rode today with the Southern Cruisers after our monthly meeting. Went about 90 miles, temp. on the :spyder:said 42 the whole time. Thank goodness for layers of clothing. Got to buy something electric for the hands.
