• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Watch where you try to grab when you try to break a fall

Yesterday I found out that the hood of the frunk will not help to break a fall but will instead be broken when any weight is applied to the hood. Short story, I had to order a new hood. I was reading my manual (on the seat) to find out about charging the battery on my 2016 RTS and and tripped by my left front tire when looking into the frunk to unzip the liner to look into the battery compartment. As I was falling, I held out my right hand to break the fall but it landed on the open hood and as a result three of the plastic holes were broken. Lesson to self: don't have a fall with the frunk hood open.

The next challenge will be what to do with the old lid. I'm thinking it might make a pretty cool sled this winter. :joke:

Do wonder....

as the lid did nothing for your fall but cost you did you manage to have a soft landing and not hurt yourself too much...?? It is pretty flimsy up around there...
