• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

VSS Fault, Check DPS, Limp Home Mode

The other morning, I went out to the garage and turned on my Spyder (2008 SE5 40.235 miles). Put in the key, turned her on, and kitted out to ride. I look down and have a VSS Fault, Check DPS, and Limp Home Mode. I had ridden the night before with no problems. Get it to the shop. Dealer calls and asks, "How long have I had the floorboards installed?" Answer: 6 months "What other changes have I made?" Answer: Replaced brake lights just over a week earlier with LED bulbs. Could that be the cause?

Happened on my 09, funny thing is it took a month or more to cause issues. Back to regular bulbs, no more problems.

Lights..!!

these machines are somewhat sensitive to led lights. Those who specialize in them (see sponors) have a handle on this. Brand "X" not so much. Techy machines....

Put LEDs in my brake lights years ago. You need to get the right type.

Pilot LI-1157RCZ bought them a Pep Boys.
