• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

John McCown and Kookie

The motorcycle rider and dog that made the biggest impression on me was John McCown and his dog Kookie. They raced dirt bikes in the southern California desert in the late '70's, early '80's with Kookie riding along on a piece of carpet secured to the tank. If there are any old dirt riders on the forum, like maybe BajaRon or Scotty, they may remember John McCown and Kookie, also. Here are links to a couple of pictures. As you can see, they weren't just out for a Sunday ride. They were real competitors.

John lost Kookie when apparently someone stole him from thier camper and, to my knowledge, he was never found although John tried long and hard. John died from a heart problem in July this year.

TOO CRAZY FOR ME!!

I AGREE IT'S CRAZY, CERTAINLY SOMETHING I WOULD NEVER TRY WITH JENNY, AND I DOUBT CINCYSPYDER WOULD EVER ALLOW TEDDY TO TRAVEL UNSECURED EITHER.
JENNY HAS TRAVELED OVER 15,000 MILES WITH ME AND HAS RIDDEN IN 21 STATES, ALWAYS SECURED TO EITHER THE :spyder2: OR ME!!THE ONLY WAY SHE WILL EVER FALL OFF IS IF I GO WITH HER.
