• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Vibration

Are any of you experiencing a considerable amount of vibration through the footpegs?

I've never owned a V-Twin so I figure that's the cause. Sometimes it feels good to get a foot massage along the ride but I find my feet getting numb.

I've noticed some, not excessive. Doesn't really get my attention, except when I move my feet, when I take the weight off the pegs, there is some vibration.

I didn't notice it too much until I replaced them with the ISO-Pegs... now I realize how much they were buzzing. Much smoother now! Highly recommended!

I had a really bad vibration and told my dealer about it at my 600-mile check. The mechanic said the belt was waaaaaaaay toooooo loose. So he adjusted that and now there is no vibration. So have your belt tension checked.

Hello,
I agree with you. I have the same vibrations on hands and under seat also but mild which I find annoying and sometimes numbness on my hands. I adressed this topic also on other forums like "Can-Am talk" "Spyder4ever" and have been told that it was normal for a V-twin but I will adress it again to my dealer at my first inspection. By curiosity I tried the dealer demo Spyder and the vibrations were there too but milder. Now,I just have to find a competent dealer hnere in Montreal or in the Laurentians.
Otherwise this machine is fun!
