• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Vibration

I am curious...are the belt tension/vibration devices used to eliminate 1st gear take vibration? This vibration is the only vibration I experience and it is gone by 10-12 Mph.

No.
That is a bit unusual though and you might want to have a shop take a quick test ride.
Could be a chattering clutch.......or something loose.

Nah, if you're referring to the Spyder RT 1330, the low revs vibration is an engine characteristic. It needs to be dealt with by BRP, where there's a will there's a way...but there doesn't appear to be a will... Notably, it doesn't exist on the 998 Spyder.

After reading more on this issue it does appear to be a characteristic of the 1330 engine. It appears at ow RPM's ad dissipates quickly after leaving from a stop.

We have been blasting down the road with KC SPYDER RYDERS since 014. Share every thing. F3 RTS or other it is at speed of 69 to 70 Vibration. Never is it at lower speed or gear. If you have that problem what does it do at higher RPM?

I have a 2018 RTL. The only vibration that I have... or, HAD was at about 70MPH.
I just installed the Roadster Renovations vibration dampener and that completely took care of that vibration.
