• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Veterans Day Ryde

What a beautiful day today!
Slept until 9:00, fixed pancakes for me and the misses.
Puttered around the house, had grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch.
Went on a Ryder. It was a beautiful autumn day. It was about 82, and sunny, with nary a cloud.
Rode past Victory Park, with all the booths and happy families.
Rode through the hilly part of town past the mega-rich McMansions.
Made a right at the canyon road, rode past the farms, horses, cows, and open fields.
Made a right at the railroad tracks. Rode through the orange tree orchards, by the creek.
Made a left at the biker bar. Nobody was there! And rode past the park, and down the hill towards the city.
Jumped on the freeway, and exited at the canyon road, but made a left, and rode past the funky little shops.
Returned home. 106 miles closer to the next oil change. 106% happier.

life is good. Spyder riding is great.
Thank you, God, for a beautiful day! :firstplace:

Glad you could ride

I was busy doing Honor Guard for our local Veteran's Day ceremonies yesterday. It was cloudy and 48 degrees here in Northwestern Ohio, so I never got a ride in. Later in the day it rained and the rain turned to snow in the evening. This morning we now have about 3/4 inch of the white stuff on the ground and it's down to 21 degrees. It was good you could share your ride with us. Count yourself to be very fortunate to live in a nicer warmer climate zone.
