There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

a conversation with BRP and the dealer when you're not fuming will get you some reimbursement on travel expenses. Some dealers are bending over backwards to keep customers coming in the doors. The best advertisement is word of mouth. Satisfied happy customers generate good advertisements. And it doesn't hurt to ask.
A few years back I had a scenario similar to yours with a new 2 wheeler and the manager paid my gas and bought me and the SO lunch. Some dealers will work with you when they blow it... not all but some.

Somewhat of a Update!!
After talking to the dealer this morning I feel alittle better about the whole situation. They are still not going to be changing the DPS, I was told that it hasn't gave the code since that one time when I turned it on. The techs are going to keep it til sometime next week to put some ride time on it. I was also told that Carlo told them to haul it to me.
Lamont: I mentioned what you said about zeroing out the steering, I was told that was done. As far as testing the SAS, they said that they had no way of doing that..??? I don't know how it's done.
So that's where it stands right now. Hopefully I will be ridin after the new year atleast.
