• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Very cold here today

Hey Capt Marv, went to Gilberts looking for you on Sunday, your spyder was there, but your sailboat was locked up tight, next time!

Took the car

Im sorry I missed You and your lovely wife.
I dont own any long pants, jacket or shoes other than flip flops, so took the car to Homestead to see a movie.
I spent the evening sipping hot rum next to the fire place at the carribean club, as they are the only bar I know of in the Keys with a fire place.
Next timé You come give me a call and we can go catch a marlin or something. I understand from the Coast Guard that the square grouper are also running in the stream.:roflblack:

Augusta Georgia ain't no place to be!

Yup it got so cold here I had to wear my heated electric vest! Didn't plug it in just wore it.
I was born in Augusta, high school at Butler and BBA at Augusta State. I could not wait to split the difference and head to Coconut Grove.
Sorry brother, but Augusta Georgia just ain't no place to be.:yikes:

Canadians at Gilberts

The oranges are freezing, people from Canadá are pulling their shirts off and dancing. Now those people from Canadá have very hairy bodies.
I did not ride yesterday, my blood has thinned too much from all the years of living in the tropics.

Hey come on its not that bad! We have every fast food franchise except for the good ones and all the seafood is fried like good Lord intended! Besides the best feature is it only takes ten min to get out of town and hit the countryside. Maggie Valley is only 195 miles away also! an easy 1/2 day ride.

My Aunt lived in Coconut Grove and I know it well been there many times. Be very careful of the blue hairs and the old guys in hats driving old Ford sedans!

Hot off the Press - Glo Ryder

Just got off the phone with Glo Ryder Rep.. As luck would have it, the Rep. is in the Keys today and will stop by and look at my Glo Ryder unit today.
My transmitter will only turn the lights on with my body in contact with the antenna. All other functions work as stated in Glo Ryder remote control manual.
According to Glo Ryder only a few units have this problem.

Must be the cold temperatures . that'll do it everytime. Or maybe the antenna is just lonely? It just needs some one on one time with you.
