Utopia Driver's Backrest

Just added the backrest to my 2012 RT Limited with the Comfort Seat. Quality product, materials and construction. Instructions clear with good pictures. I ordered it with the Quick-out bar and that functions just as I had hoped.View attachment 54282

So how scary was it to cut a hole in your seat? That is the fear that so far has kept me from ordering one. :roflblack:

That comment reminded me of when Ed was putting the handlebar risers on our RS and got to the part in the directions about cutting the handlebars off...I said "WHAT? What if you :cus: up? We can't put them back ON!":roflblack::roflblack:

But I had a friend here to observe as he is considering one for his Harley. So I had to give the impression no big deal.

This was the first thing I put on my RT last year. With many back, arthritis issues, I have a back rest on my other two older bikes. The Utopia makes the Spyder the most comfortabnle "chair" in the family, and of course the best seat on a bike. If it didn't have all the "gas fumes, etc, I'd make a Spyder ramp and door right into the living room.
