• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

The "premise" for the thread was to pass on a newsworthy item. As the original thread was pulled, the rest is speculation only...

Yeah - And I'm sure that you would have also requested that it be pulled if it involved an analyst quitting at MSNBC and complaining that MSNBC is nothing but propaganda, right? Sure....... We don't need another flamefest when it involves a news story you're unhappy with. Otherwise, pile on, right?

Bob the only scrap-storm / flaming which is happening is about the who, how and why of the link and original thread being pulled ! And even that is not a storm - merely mainly calm discussion.

There are municipalities in California that are actively seeking ways to get out of the entire Sanctuary State & City status...

If we had started a thread about this, and called those local Government personnel "True Patriots": What would your reactions have been? :dontknow:

To be honest, it wouldn't bother me at all.

Here's what I think. T-r-u-m-p was mentioned in the article in a not so flatteringly way, as was O-b-a-m-a. But, we all know who your man is, and that upset you. You really should just call a spade a spade. Yes, I'm not being very politically correct by saying that, and that may be considered racist. I don't care. Life goes on.

If you really are getting tired of all the left/right etc. etc., you may need to take a break. Oh, I'm sorry, on S.L.'s I should say take a brake.

The subject of the story was a person who hadn't done a prime-time story in years...
