Upper Right Radiator Exhaust Block-off Plate

I received my block off plate and took off the 2 bolts on the lower panel as suggested for a 2012 rt. Question is: what is the secret to finish taking the panel off? It appears there is a bolt that holds it on the left side as you look at the panel.

Thank you for the response. I neglected to say I did read the instructions. Just don't quite understand "snip the tab holding it". I am assuming that means to cut the plastic.

That’s right. He’s just saying that instead of removing that splash deflector in order to remove the bolt, etc, just cut that narrow piece of plastic holding the lower panel to the bolt.
