• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Upgraded my Chair Today

This 2019 F3-S was at a Kia Dealership that was a few hours away. She has 22,000 miles and a few mods including a Baja Ron sway bar. She spent some time outside for sure but I was able to talk them down to 12k out the door.
It's quite a bit quicker than my Quantum wheelchair...but the wheelchair still cost more, LOL! Thank goodness for the VA :)

I miss my motorcycles but until my leg grows back, looks like I'm a Can-Am rider now!

Congrats on your new set of wheels. I am also in NC. If you are near Raleigh (of even if you are not), check out triangle spyders facebook group. Would be glad to ride with you. Have another amputee that rides with us occasionally, goes by the name of "alien leg". Great guy with a great spirit.

I have to give it to BRP that if they didn't do anything else, they certainly opened up a world of enjoyment to paraplegics. I've met a couple over the years and marveled at the ingenious ways they've created to carry their wheelchairs and get on and off their spyders. My hat is off to all of them.

Thanks, we live in the Cary area. I'm working on getting used to the bike now. The 150 miles back from the dealership was too far and wore me out. So I'm currently doing shorter rides headed into the lake jordan area.

If only there was more pollen...

That ride looks good on you!!! Congratulations, you'll have a ton of fun on that awesome machine!!!:b2b:

Congrats on your new ride.

I am used to the Spring Yellow Fog of Raleigh as I lived there for about 10 years on the south end on wilders ridge near Ten Ten and Old stage road right before it turns into Fuquay-Varina.

There were days that you could literally see waves of yellow and green coming from the pine and oak trees when the wind was blowing.

Cool! I am in the Cary/Apex area just off 1010 rd. I often ride the Jordan lake area. Shoot me a pm if you want to meet up and ride sometimes. If you are on facebook, check out triangle spyders group.

Welcome and congratulations on your very sharp looking Spyder. The pollen is just as bad here too.
