• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Updates for 2018...

RT enhancements for 2018

Adjustable floor board positions for those of us with longer legs.
Seatback storage that can fit two full size helmets

Good thread, brings out the :gaah:in all of us. The FNG would like tell-tales in the switches or idiot lights on the dash to let you know the bloody things are on. Coming home from the dealer I was sure the tush warmer was on, and kept fiddling with the switch. Same with the fog lamps, nothing to say they were on.

Much agreed on the turn and cruise switches; they seem to be similar to the touch buttons in airport bathrooms for flushing, not really push switches but more of a touch. We all need tactile feedback when you're watching the boob about to cut in ahead of you.

If anything this thread really highlights our individuality. Once in awhile I need a reminder that there's actually humans inside all us humans.:doorag:

Wish list

 They offered a bike with this feature... the 2013 RT!
Just find one without the heat attenuation protocols in place, and you should be VERY happy! :banghead:
Need larger gas tank. Stopping every 180 miles is ridiculorus

yes, these things cost money

These things will cost but why do you have to stand on your head and suffer hand cramps to check tire pressure or hunt for the light dimmer till the approaching cage gets close enough to light your dashboard for us? Most bike riding is done in the daytime making the dimmer switch somewhat unknown territory. finally, why do we have to tune-up our $30,000 plus investments by upgraded stabilization and vibration add ons? Maybe I expected too much when paying the extra bucks for the Limited.
