As silent as BRP can be at times, Here is yet another story where they really stepped up to the plate, and the consumer had a good outcome. BRP is well known for being slow to react, but they do sometimes get it right. Good for you that you got the outcome that you not only desired, but the positive outcome should have come sooner.
