• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Update on Spyder

Here is picture of my oil filter that was the cause of my engine seizing up on my way home from Spyderfest this year. All parts for the rebuild had to be ordered. To my surprise BRP had all parts in stock. One mistake two of one part instead of right & left. Dealer says up to a week and a half for rebuild. Fingers crossed.

:yikes: Wow! Do they have any idea as to what caused this to happen?

Good Luck!

I have seen filters sucked in before but not to where it has broken the metal caps..:yikes: not really clear but that looks like the older paper filter with out the wire mesh..Thanks for the update, really glad it's covered and especially that they even had all the parts
