• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Update on (MY) Verdestein QUATRAC5 tire wear Yours may vary

Everyone here Should thank-you for that up-date .... I'm impressed, especially considering it has possibly the best Wet & Dry traction ratings. It also has a softer ride feel .... good luck .... give my best to Marci :thumbup: ......Mike :ohyea:

I had a lady on a FB spyder page tell me yesterday how wrong I was for having "car" tires on the front of my Spyder! Some just like to drink the Kenda Koolaid!

Was it Susan? There are a few on the forums that no matter what you tell them, they know it all. :dontknow:

Kenda 165/55R15 rotations per mile 876.9
Vredestein 165/60R15 rotations per mile 884.6

Based on the manufacturer's rpm specs the Vredestein is smaller in diameter than the Kenda. Who know which is actually bigger. If the size spec is inaccurate, so probably is the revs per mile.

Actually those numbers are directly from the manufacturer .... but you have it backwards - a smaller tire will have MORE revs per mile NOT LESS ... example how many revs per mile for farm tractor tire that is 8 ft. tall , a lot less than a car tire 2 ft. tall ..... the difference in % will be almost negligible .... according to your numbers the difference is 7.6 inches this is the ONE MILE difference ..... good luck ...Mike
