• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

UPDATE...Need help regarding stabilizer bar links service bulletin

I am feeling like I am getting absolutely nothing accomplished with dealer AND BRP. Can anyone PLEASE tell me the Service Bulletin number for the #4 Stabilizing Bar Links? I have the #4 links on my Spyder. My dealer thinks that I am crazy. He has no idea what I am talking about. I just called and spoke with Tristan, who is a Customer Service Rep @ Brp . He informed me that there is no such thing. ( I waited on hold twice for him to come back to the telephone to tell me that there is nothing recorded regarding the links)...Can anyone help? I would greatly appreciate it... Jill

Well, thanks to you, I was able to get a confirmation (from the same rep, Tristan...who told me that it did not exist) that there is in fact a bulletin. You guys are so helpful. I really appreciate this forum. I have to say that I really was not too impressed with BRP Customer Service....I am hoping that Tristan emails the confirmation to me so that I can forward it to my dealer. Jill
