• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

up early again and was reading posts and i found this post

BUT

but if they did do something nice like that i wonder if they would ship the bikes overseas and sell them there, because it would be a big loss for them

Now your worrying about something that flys in the face of reality.:D

i guess the real question is, how many have issues since they dont all seem to. #2. It wont be free to "upgrade" #3 See my first remark-)

just courious

because if a company takes a car back on the lemon law they either take it to a auction to get ride of it because the title here in new york has to say lemon law on it or they take it to a state where they can get a clean title and sell it as a used car

Ah , you didnt mention the lemon law....what is it in NY? your bike is the right color, so you would qualify:opps:

Lemon Law

Lemon law is in the States.. What is Canadian's take on that? After all these are Canadian made...

Don't think you are going to see anything like that happening? If you think what would happen in any of the scenarios mentioned--none have good outcomes. Do you want your next :spyder2: to cost $45K and up? Someone would have to pay for a refund to everyone that purchased 2013's.

As you may know, Canadians pay an extra 15% for their Spyders.
Rumour has it that this premium pricing arrangement for Canadians guarantees us a minimum of 15% more quality control hours at the factory before the vehicle is shipped to Canadian dealers. :joke:

Here in Canada we have the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan. (CAMVAP) Same sort of thing as state Lemon Laws in the U.S., although Lemon rolls of the tongue much better than CAMVAP!

If it walks like a duck, quacks like duck, and swims like a duck... it's your version of a Lemon Law!
