Unused power sockets

Hi, can anyone help, I have a 2014 RT std, open the frunk and there are 2 black plastic panels held on plastic rivets, under there panels on each side is an empty 2 pin electrical connector with a blanking plug in them, can anyone tell me how they are powered as I tried them with engine running but they are both dead, they look like they are feeds for somthing on a higher model. I would like to use them for low powered farkles

Right side was for the older electric front release but not used now. Pics would help.

Here are the photos for my question, under the two plastic covers when the frunk is open, they are at present both dead, how can I make them live so I can use them for farkles

Have you tried switching items (high beam/low beam, horn, parking lights, grip heaters) off and on to see if that brings power to them?
